 Work with Project Managers to understand project requirements; Performing data analysis to make recommendations; Achieve business objectives; Offers deployment; Prepare "B1" budgets for each business case according to the estimated costs at the time of theoffer submission; Manage procurement-to-payment (P2P) processes to carry out projects and optimizingstrategies; Analyze results and discrepancies according to each business case; Oversight purchase orders and suppliers’ contracts as well as service providers; Negotiate on a daily basis contracts and orders of purchases of all equipments with vendors andsubcontracting for major leading projects; Oversight and management of contractors for compliance with requirements; Oversight and management of remote camps, including construction; Evaluate and manage the supplier cost, quality and delivery performance; Monitoring and management of the manufacturing phase and shipments with manufacturers,suppliers, and distributors; Oversight the pre-routing, routing and post-routing task in accordance with the current ISOInternational Standard; Oversight inspections through third party inspection offices (TPI), if necessary; Ensure factory acceptance test with manufacturer (Factory Acceptance Test "FAT"); Oversee customs clearance missions outside for the account of our clients, KSA, Iraq, Algeria,Angola, …; Ensure the temporary reception at end user site with making sure that all equipmentmanufactured are complying with requirement in advance; Monitor and coordinate the processing of customer complaints in collaboration withstockholders until the effective processing and lifting of the reserves, if any; Payment tracking with the Financial Department client s/suppliers; Monitor the performance of service providers; Provide the relay with Cost Control service in order to keep the final balance sheet of eachbusiness case; Significant optimization of performance and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction; At the close of each business case, an evaluation of the suppliers and the provider is made usingperformance indicators; Conduct data analysis to reduce cost and delivery; Creating process to gather supply chain data; Discovering the most-effective cost, shipping and schedule; Report of procurements activities; Negotiate payment terms before signing supplier contracts or issuing purchase orders, taking intoaccount the financial situation and forecast expenses (supplier payments ...) throughout the year. Negotiate the articles of the letter of credit to gurantee protection from all types of risks. Develop budgets for each business case and for each work that shall be executed. Control the budget periodically to do not exceed the budget previously fixes at the beginning ofeach project. Resolve issues / delays directly with the central bank when it requires intervention. Management Skills Addition Skills: Tender contracts; Plan and control budget and expenditures
